Estimator

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking Senior Estimators for our client across Toronto, ON. A great opportunity to work on large infrastructure and design build projects in Greater Toronto Area. Our client is a multinational general contracting company working on multiple large infrastructure projects across the world. 

Duties:

• Review Requests for Proposal other contractual documents
• Prepare and participate in meetings with clients and team members
• Lead and participate in the cost estimates
• Analyze, identify and evaluate project opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Interpret documentation, specification and design drawings to define scope/contents of the estimates
• Perform all other related tasks and duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related experience
• Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in civil infrastructure projects is a MUST
• Prior experience working on major infrastructure projects
• Experience working on P3 projects is an asset
• Experience with estimating software such as Heavy Bid, Timberline, etc.
