Leading US development and Management Company established in 2003 with specific interest in Gas, Solar and Water in USA and India. Organization has recently won 55 MW of solar capacity through the most recent tender. Building on this success, the JV plans to develop and/or acquire over 2,000 MW of solar projects throughout India over the next three years and expects to invest upwards of USD 300 million in equity capital.
Managing day to day operation and providing administrative support as per guidance.
Perform general office duties such order supplies, maintaining records, management systems, and performing basic book keeping work.
Comply and produces reports, and analyzes data for demand and supply matching activities.
Coordinate with other team members for any actions.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, other statements and documents, using word processing, spread sheets.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
Business development through market research & strategically identifying growth opportunities and to extend business boundaries across international market.
Search for online database for importers.
Generate inquiries through different sources and convert inquiries into customer/distributor.
Preparing Indent and Invoices on order confirmation and processing the PO received from customer to supplier.
Arranging the samples accordingly based on the customer requirement and vendor approval for the same.
Reminding and arrangement of shipment on assigned date and processing the shipping documents in time.
Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA (Preference)
Years of Experience: 7 - 12 Years relevant experience.
