Intermediate, Field Contracts Administrator

The Opportunity

We at TRS are currently looking for a talented, highly motivated Intermediate Contracts Administrators for a position based in Calgary, AB and/ or Field rotation of 14/7 to support our client, a world leading EPCM.

The ideal individual will have previous experience in an EPC environment within large capital projects and packages over $100 Million. You will be a go getter with a "can do" attitude, an intuitive negotiator with the knowledge of lump sum projects and an individual with a strong financial mindset; Pre and post award contract administration to close out.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the pre-qualification of bidders including and not limited to; capabilities, capacities and financial research.
• Exposure to lump sum projects; negotiating contract terms and conditions specifically for contracts related to services, construction, engineering, materials and equipment installation
• Administering the request for proposal (RFP) process for contractors; invoice attestation, change orders and compliance
• Strength in contract management, subcontract administration, and/or procurement experience supporting engineering and construction projects
• Monitor and track compliance to HSE, quality and financial procedures
• Prepare, maintain, retrieve and communicate records, reports and/or documents to meet management requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4-10 years of directly related EPCM experience, and / or up to 12 years of a combination of experience and education.
