Field Engineer

For one of its clients, TRS is looking for a motivated Field Engineer for a preclinical trail plant extension project in the region of Marburg (Germany) with a duration of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Accept, review and track all Requests for Information (RFIs) or Technical Queries (TQs) from the construction contractors, including liaison with the A&E contractor and/or CSL where it not possible for the CMT Contractor to provide direct responses.
• Coordinate 3D model updates supplied by construction contractors to the A&E Contractor in a suitable format for incorporation
• Maintain an up-to-date drawing register (including shop drawings) and provide hand amended copies of key drawings (e.g. P&ID’s, Layouts) reflecting the ‘as built’ status of the facility. These shall be provided to the A&E Contractors as marked PDF’s for electronic modification to ‘as built’ status

Profile of the candidate
Our ideal candidate has a completed bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with 5 years of work experience. You are fully conversant with FEED and EPC project execution. Preferable experience with Eurocode design. And fluent in German and English.
