Area of responsibility and tasks
Managing front office activities which includes
Attending incoming calls.
Local Cab bookings.
Manage Attendance for employees on third party roll.
Support arrangement of logistics for events (Celebrations, Meetings etc.)
Support on HTIN CSR initiative.
Act as one of the Fire & Safety Coordinator.
Support & provide backup for Admin activities.
Ordering housekeeping material based on requirement.
Manage Asset Registration Process @ Front desk.
Globe coordinator for HR & Admin.
Manage record of Visitor access cards.
Ordering bouquets & Name Plates for new joiners.
Printing of Visiting cards/ID cards.
Manage Incoming and outgoing couriers (incl. for registered office)
Any miscellaneous or adhoc business related administrative jobs.
Experience in managing Front Desk responsibilities.
Knowledge of record maintenance.
Knowledge of basic Office Package MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
Excellent communication skills (Written / Spoken)
Please personality, well behaved - Good on Tone & Mannerism.
Have ability to Collaborate with others and solve.
Have a high sense of Customer focus.
Ability to drive results in a consistent manner.
