Fuel Supply and Distribution Coordinator

Our client, a leading EPCM with projects worldwide, is seeking a Fuel Supply and Distribution Coordinator to join their team in Kitimat, BC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with creating reports for site wide services and conducting budget tracking and cost analysis. They should further be experienced with obtaining business licenses/permits and monitoring subcontractors.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for completing the daily vehicle log; forecasting and maintaining diesel and gas fuels; and performing usage calculations as well as initiating service orders. Along with this, they will perform routine logistical functions and schedule preventative maintenance and repairs on fuel terminal systems.

Qualifications
- Related post-secondary education in Business, Commerce or Planning or a combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in data handling, analysis and analytical reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically in Excel)
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
