(Hoofd) Uitvoerder

For a large infrastructural project in the Amsterdam Area, we are looking for a Superintendent ((Hoofd) Uitvoerder).

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the on-site construction team
- Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
- Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
- Ensuring quality standards are met.
- Keep track of material stock and orders
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
- Maintaining written records such as daily field reports, field orders, etc.
- Making safety-reports, Workplace-inspections and do toolbox-meetings

- Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
- Blueprint reading.
- Monitoring jobsite general health and safety

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience on complex (Dutch) infrastructural works
- Experience with / knowledge of sewerage, paving and/or foundation works
