HR Data Analyst

Our partner, one of the largest petrochemical companies in the world, is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team in west Houston. This is an opportunity for a foot in the door with an amazing company!

DUTIES:
• Support HR Reporting and Analytics activities.
• Understand complex business processes, propose Reporting and Analytics solutions as part of overall business process improvement.
• Create ad-hoc reports using SAP, including Master Data reporting
• Analyze People data and participate in data integration projects to translate complex data from multiple sources into coherent reports and dashboards, highlighting key themes, findings, and business implications.
• Develop/create solutions for managing data quality.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of HR Analytics / Data Reporting experience
• 5+ years of SAP experience
• Strong Excel Proficiency, including V look up and pivot table experience
