HR Technician II
6 Month Contract
Greenville, SC


Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the administrative pre-employment process for candidates:
• Creating and submitting offer of employment letters and rescind letters, when applicable
• Communicating with candidates, recruiters, management, various departments (verbal/ written)
• Updating candidate records in various company applications (PATS, SharePoint, BrassRing, EMBARK, SAP, Notes, HireRight, eScreen, etc)
• Filing documents electronically and hard copy
• Submitting reports to applicable groups (CRC Forecast, Fly List, LOA requests, Metrics, etc.)
• Communicating the candidate status with CRC team
• Interfacing with recruiters to ensure candidate is "on track"
• Accepting of change and being flexible to move forward with limited learning curve
• Coordinating all pre-employment requirements with candidate efficiently in order to meet project needs
• Initiating, monitoring, tracking and closing the loop on background reports, medicals, entity checks, chemical screenings, or other pre-employment requirements
