This candidate will be responsible to work on problems of limited scope by assisting and supporting the company’s HSE professionals with their objective of creating and sustaining a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. In this very exciting role, the candidate will review all environmental incident reports, provide orientation to new team mates, and participate in related task forces.
Job Duties:
- Assisting in the administration and further development of HSE Policy, Manuals, Standards, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices
- Maintaining a system for recording, reporting and investigating injuries, accidents and dangerous occurrences
- Conducting audits, inspections and participates in site investigations
- Conducting safety training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment
Qualifications:
- Office Administration certification from a credited institution is preferred
- 3 – 5 years of previous administration experience
- 3 years of HSE related experience
- Experience in data management using Microsoft Excel and produce reports as requested
