Ensure QHSSE standards on vessels and monitored maintained and continuously improved
Training, mentoring and assisting vessel management teams to meet company, industry and client standards, regulations and requirements
Carrying out internal and assist external audits
Crew appraisals
Contribute to the development of management systems
Always influencing the safety culture and mindset improving management team and crew competencies
Minimum requirements
Master Mariners Unlimited licence
10 years working shore-based and offshore with offshore supply vessels
Knowledge of SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL and PSC
Middle East experience is preferred
Fluent English (Marlins 90% and above if non-native speaker)
