Job Description & Responsibilities:
The I&C specialist is responsible for preparation of technical documentations related to Control and Instrumentation part of technical offer and also costing for I&C scope (Control systems, field instruments, cabling, etc.). Both within the company, with close cooperation with Technical Proposal Manager (HIP) and also in cooperation with external suppliers. This position is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of I&C part of the technical offer. He also cooperates with other departments of the company (especially Engineering dept.) with the aim to prepare an offer documentation related to I&C part. The I&C Engineer participates in the negotiations on I&C part towards the customer.

The main responsibilities are:
• Manages the preparation of I&C part of technical bidding documents in order to prepare bids meeting the requirements of the client and respecting company possibilities. Comments and checks costing to see, if it is in line with the technical solution.
• The advantages or disadvantages of the offered technical and cost solution. Ensure that the costing is according to the technical solution, eliminate the technical risks in order to enable the Project Manager and ASM / ASD to successfully negotiate with the client and internally also to enable the evaluation of the best solution.
• The complete competitive technical part of the offer related to I&C part so that it is completed within the given range, quality and the required deadline.
• To review and comment the tender documentation related to I&C part, prepare non-compliance to tender documents
• Elimination of technical risks based on prepared solution
• Finding of optimal and competitive technical solution
• Judgment of offers provided by the external suppliers
• Participation in technical discussions towards the customer

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
