Our client is one of the leading consultancy providers to the Infrastructure and Property sectors and as a result of new awards, seek Information Managers/Senior Document Controllers (X2) to be based in their London office.
The successful Information Manager's salary will depend on experience and the range is from £35,000-£40,000 + excellent benefits.
You will be involved in coordinating document control teams, and acting on behalf of the client.
Key Experience - Writing document control procedures and managing EDM systems at a configuration level.
You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:
Providing Information Management expertise in the design, configuration and operation of a range of information management systems
Configure, implement and manage the EDM system as required.
Monitor compliance, user behaviour and system adoption. Introduce training programmes.
Gain an understanding of the services being offered by the team and seek to more effectively communicate with clients and external organisations.
You must have strong experience of:
Using at least one of the following EDMS at configuration level: Aconex, ViewPoint/4P, Asite, Bentley Projectwise.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience working in a site environment an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well organised and able to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
