Kafka Administrator

Our client, a leading consultancy with projects worldwide, is seeking a Kafka Administrator to join their team. This opportunity is open to remote work for candidates that are eligible to work in Canada.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with leveraging cloud and infrastructure technology. They will be responsible for managing Kafka cluster environments and conducting Kafka cluster configuration. Further to this, they will be involved with handling infrastructure issues, diagnosing and resolving software problems, and providing continuous support.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with integration and support
- Must have experience with Kafka Broker, Kafka connect, Ambari, zookeeper, Storm and Ranger
- Should have experience with DevSecOps, Powershell, Ansible, and Python
- Must have previous experience with the design and implementation of systems
