Assembly/General Laborers to become an integral part of our team! You will perform production line and warehouse tasks in a team plant environment. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant company with stable, long-term employment. Must be willing to step in and help when and where needed. Rotated shifts between 1st & 2nd shift depending on the needs of the business
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications:
- Capable of taking on roles and challenges that may require working unsupervised.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse machine operator, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- High degree of hand/finger dexterity.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high energy, a positive attitude, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Must be Safety Conscious and follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
**Education and Experience**
- Must be able to follow instructions both verbally and in writing
- Ability to use hand tools.
- 3Months- 6 Months - Manufacturing
- 3Months- 6 Months - Warehouse
- 3Months- 6 Months - Production
- Extruder experience HUGE plus!
- Forklift Certifications are a plus
Physical Demands**:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Standing, walking, and stooping throughout the shift.
- Ability to keep up with manufacturing requirements.
- Able to work with dust and outside environment conditions (i.e rain, wind)
- Use to wearing earplugs and other PPE - such as hard hat, steel-toes boots, gloves and safety glasses as required.

Plant Production Shifts:
1st Shift--- 6:00AM to 2:30PM / Monday thru Friday.
2nd Shift --- 2:00PM to 10:30PM / Monday thru Friday.
3rd Shift --- 10:00PM to 2:30AM / Monday thru Friday.
Maintaining a safe work environment through practicing proper PPE and housekeeping compliance.
The employee will lift and move heavy items, which will require the ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds to a height of 6 feet
