Lead Application Specialist, Revit
We currently seek a high caliber Lead Application Revit Specialist for a long-term basis within our client's team of experienced professionals. Based in Dulles, VA.

The Lead Application Specialist shall be responsible for championing various efforts and initiatives for the company's corporate IT strategy focusing on people, process and technology. This includes working with various stakeholders at all levels in further developing and maintaining the AEC Technologies remit. This role shall support the Design Technologies Manager and be responsible for supervising both application and senior application specialists, whilst working in a cross matrix.

Job Requirements
• Develop, manage and maintain Revit and BIM guides, best practices and standards
• Manages strategy for and changes to enterprise Revit templates and content libraries
• Supervise and lead IT department initiatives and projects
• Work with various divisions to train their power users both in engineering and constructability groups
• Lead the Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams
• Coach IT team members and provide performance feedback

• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or a closely relate IT field is preferred
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with a minimum 3 years of Revit project experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant AEC Technologies (Revit, Revit Server, Navisworks and AutoCAD) is required and knowledge of 3DS Max and Camtasia Studio experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and mentorship skills to assist end users and peers with technology needs
• Strong project management skills with ability to establish and meet deadlines
• Ability to direct the workflow of less-experienced team members
