The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Control Systems Engineer with significant Onshore Oil & Gas experience to actively ensure the management of EPC activities across a growing portfolio of projects.

To Lead / supervise a min of 20 technical control systems engineering & design personnel on multi-million / billion pound projects
Monitor and report on Control & Instrumentation EPC Contractors / vendor activities including (testing and compliance)
Oversee and assess Control and Instrument drawings and specifications
Manage global C&I workshare operations acting as the technical authority

Team development ensuring all personnel are utilised to operate to their best

Skills / Qualifications:
BSc degree in Control or Electronic Engineering
Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in oil and gas related projects
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Lead / Principal function
Worked on Multi-million projects (and skill set in the following DCS Systems, Mac Instrumentation, Flow meters, Analysers etc)
Strong supervisory experience overseeing at least 20 technical staff
Excellent in English speaking & writing skills
