DURATION: CONTRACT (12 MONTHS RENEWABLE)
SALARY: MARKET RELATED

"TRS is urgently looking for Five (5) experience Logistics Supervisor within the Oil and Gas Industry to join our leading international client's LNG Mozambique project team based at Afungi Site, Mozambique."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for the Coordination and Supervision of all Logistical Support, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Operations and Projects supported include Camps, LNG Pre-Development Projects, Drilling Shore-base, Onshore Seismic/Drilling, and other general Operations.
• Oversee Drilling Shore-based logistics support.
• Provide logistic service to Drilling Logistics department including Overall Environment, Health and safety of Operations.
• Set and Monitor KPI's in conjunction with Drilling Logistics.
• Ensure that Contractor is operating in a Safe and environmentally friendly manner
• Review and monitor Training programs.
• Ensure that appropriate personnel are supplied (Drilling Logistics will direct on day to day tasks).
• Ensure that fit for purpose Equipment is supplied.
• Ensure they appropriate Certification program is implemented and followed.
• Ensure that Drilling is provided with the service they need from Logistic Provider.
• Set and Monitor KPI's.
• Ensure that Contractor is operating in a Safe and environmentally friendly manner
• Ensure Cost allocations are made accurately in a timely and transparent manner
• Day to day supervision of any additional personal brought on to support specific projects.
• Ensure Co-ordination between all parties involved in logistics operations.
• Ensure tasks are carried out in a Safe and environmentally friendly manner in accordance with company Policies.
• Ensure appropriate resources are sourced so that Project goals can be achieved in appropriate time frame.
• Liaise with Customs department.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure project and overall company goals are achieved.
TERTIARY QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Recognized and accredited 3 year Diploma or 4 year Bachelor Degree or related technical field within the Petrochemical Industry.
• Good experience in Basic Microsoft Office programs (Work, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
• Remote Operations Experience.
• Planning and organizing
• A number of experience in an oil/gas related supervisory position.
