Maintenance Operator

Fluor Industrial Services are part of the TRS Staffing Solutions group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.

We are currently recruiting for upcoming opportunities to work for our market-leading client who is looking for a Maintenance Operator on a Contract basis. You will form part of a multi discipline team that are expected to carry out various works to a high quality and safety standard.

Work Location: FPSO, offshore Equatorial Guinea.

The Maintenance Operator will exhibit a high standard of safety behaviour while carrying out engine room maintenance and engine room system operation. They may be expected to perform maintenance, welding, machining, pipe and mechanical fitting and related activities. Depending on qualifications, they may act as the Junior Watchkeeper.

Qualifications and Experience:

3 years experience in shipping as a watch keeping Engine Room rating, STCW Reg. AIII/4, or EOOW STCW Reg. AIII/1 OR general maintenance skills including fitting, and Coded Welding qualification.

VLCC/Large Seagoing Vessel Engine Room or FPSO operations experience desirable.
