Strategize and implement compensation strategy, associated benchmarks, frameworks & processes.
Support Annual performance appraisal processes
Carry out role mapping/career level mapping exercises across the organization.
Ensure alignment to the Compensation Philosophy of the organization, Setting the annual salary increase budget.
Design and administration of competitive reward and incentive plans
Administration of payroll related activities and managing employee's life-cycle: Joining-till-Exit.
Formulation, review and communication of HR and C&B policies
Work with external agencies & vendors to collect market intelligence & use the same for appraisal & compensation related decision making to stay competitive in the market. Ensuring adherence to established remuneration practices.
Implementing a performance-based system which includes job profile, job grading, annual objectives/goals, and evaluation.
Ensure implementation of the processes for the performance review and Managing TMS tools
Report on the Performance Indicators defined by the H-form as defined in the H Form Reporting Procedure (HR_GP02).
Coordinating & managing the mobility activities within the center E&C for Expatriates and Short Term Assignees.
Coordinating activities related to Statutory Compliance (local employment and labour laws) in the center and domestic site locations. Liaising with Statutory Bodies and consultants. Coordinating annual compliance audits.
Work with the HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to develop strategies linked to reward that attract, motivate and retain our colleagues.
A degree in Human Resources Management or related field. A minimum of ten (10) years progressively responsible compensation/benefits experience including executive compensation. In-depth knowledge of compensation theories and practices. Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team member. Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems. Experience working in a large corporate environment. Solid organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Excellent mathematical, analytical, oral and written communications skills.Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
