As an interim team manager you will be responsible for managing, leading and steering a team of Document Controllers (6) and ensuring the quality of the work and that procedures are followed. From reviewing and updating procedures to handling possible sick reports.


Document Control
• Participates in and assigns staff to projects as required.
• Identifies improvement area’s and initiates, recommends and provides solutions.
• Supports/establishes the Document Control activities .
• Coordinates and maintains interfaces between Corporate Document Control & Operations Document Control.
• Advises and coordinates set-up of Document Control activities .
• Ensures and promotes good (external) relationships with relevant parties.

Management of the section
• Directs and manages the team.
• Establishes a cooperative working environment.
• Is responsible for executing policies, procedures and processes.
• Is responsible for the manpower planning.
• Establishes and monitors individual goals.
• Coaches and develops staff and provides opportunities to improve their development needs.
• Keeps personnel informed on company developments.
• Provides proper tools to allow personnel to effectively perform their work.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline such as Business Administration.
• Over 3 years of experience with line management.
• English good, verbally as well as in writing.
• Leadership of individuals
• Leadership of groups
• Problem analysis
• Planning & organisation
