This is a permanent full-time position based out of the Calgary, Alberta region.

Key Details:

• As a company that is on the cutting edge of technology, you will play an advanced role in keeping it this way and advancing technology through research focusing on methods to improve designs, products, fabrication, tools...
• Key role in the design and improving the manufacturing process
• Work with manufacturing costs and scheduling in the areas of production, labour, and materials
• Workflows, space allocation, and equipment design and layouts
• Mentor and training of emerging technicians
• Ideally, you are experienced working in highly automated manufacturing facilities – our client will entertain experience from different sectors such as Automotive and Oil and Gas amongst others
• Experience with Automotive Gear Manufacturing is highly valued
• Experienced with CAD/CAM software and systems.
• Experience working with CNC machines (ie. Tooling, Programming, Troubleshooting)
• You possess a degree in Engineering (Manufacturing; Industrial Engineering…)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in this area
