"TRS is looking for an experienced Material Analyst within the Oil and Gas Industry to join our International Client's Karimun Project based in Indonesia."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage all business processes and forecast all customer material requirements.
• Monitor all inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and maintain all metrics for performance and achieve all business objectives,
• Maintain and track all material orders and assist to generate all reports.
• Provide support to all items and evaluate all daily transaction processes and prepare all reverse 1381 forms and prepare credit reports on weekly basis
• Prepare and provide update to all spreadsheet on monthly basis
• Provide optimal level of customer services and ensure all material and product availability for all customers.
• Prepare production schedule and ensure compliance to all delivery dates and forecast all measurements and resolve any discrepancies in process

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited degree / technical qualification within relevant field of experience.
• Minimum Eight (8) plus year’s recent work related experience within Oil & Gas Industry.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Salary: TBD
• Status: Single
• Duration: 12 months, renewable
• Rotation: As per the company standard
• Working days/hours: 60 hours per week, comprising 10 hours per day and 6 days per week
• Overtime: Not Applicable
• Accommodation: Camp
• Living Out Allowance: Not applicable, since full boarding will be provided
• Insurance D&D: As per the company standard
• Life Insurance: As per the company standard
• Medical Insurance: As per the company standard
• Income Protection: As per the company standard
• Travel: Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle
• Pre-employment Expenses: On Company’s account
