Areas of responsibility and tasks:
• Basic mechanical design of equipment for Company Hydrogen/ Ammonia/ Syngas/ WSA/ Refinery technologies
• Design and detail engineering of Company proprietary equipment
• Participation in Inspection activities at vendor’s workshops and at site
• Supervise installation of Company proprietary equipment
• Coordination with global team for design and review of technical documents
• Review of vendor documents, coordination with vendors

Qualification/Skill/ Experience
• A first class B.E / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in mechanical engineering from reputed institute with consistently excellent academic record
• 4 - 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical design of pressure equipment like reactors, columns, heat exchangers and pressure vessels for refinery and chemical industries
• Well versed with national and international codes and standards i.e. ASME, EN, API, TEMA etc.
• Exposure to fabrication and inspection of pressure equipment is an added advantage
• Experience with 3D modeling tools like Autodesk Inventor will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of mechanical design tools i.e. PVElite, AutoCad mechanical, MathCAD
