Title: Night Shift IT Technician / Help Desk Technician
Location: Greer, SC
# of positions available: 2
Shifts Available: 10 hour night shifts from 7pm to 5am (could be Sun through Wed, could be Thurs through Sat)
- 7p-5a Sun-Wed 40 hour work week
OR
- 7p-5a Thurs-Sun 30 hour work week
Duration of Contract: 3 month contract, could go longer, could eventually go direct
Status of hire: contract, non-exempt
Pay: $25-32/hour depending on experience
Industry: automotive manufacturing
Reports to: IS/IT Manager
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Configuration and deployment of IT equipment and services in a “help desk support” capacity
COMPETENCIES:
• Must have 2-5 years' experience in an IT help desk and user support role
• Must have experience supporting Windows 7 platform
• Must have experience imaging and deploying HP hardware (laptops and desktops)
• Must have experience setting up new user accounts in Microsoft Outlook on Exchange Server
• Must have basic networking skills; be able to perform basic cabling in the office
• Experience supporting Samsung Galaxy devices is preferred (with MDM service - training provided as needed)
• Experience supporting SAP is preferred (basic user support - training provided as needed)
• Experience in an automotive or related manufacturing environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred, but not required

**Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer; client is not currently offering sponsorship or work authorization
**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire
