Operations Manager

We are currently hiring a Trucking Operations Manager for a client located in Qatar.

This role will be to develop the trucking strategy to increase revenue growth through improved efficiencies, reduced costs and streamlined operations.

Manage the operations of the Section and drive continuous improvement, monitor team performance against KPIs and targets.

Develop and Strengthen the trucking organization through processes, competencies, reporting and the implementation of performance dashboards.

Drive customer focus and build a thoroughly customer centric organisation based on customer segments and develop a tailored value proposition for each segment.

Establish and implement optimal modes of transportation and control measures to maximize carrier space utilization and optimize usage of routes planning.

REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelors degree as a minimum
- 6 to 8 years of experience in running complex trucking operations
- Experience in managing a large workforce across different locations
- Previous middle east experience
- Fluent in English
