The Operations Manager will manage Vending Machines Technicians, operations supervisors, drivers and re-fillers in addition to partial supervision to warehouse employees. Maintains personnel records, daily routs directions, timely re-filling, cleanliness of machines, accurate pricing of products in each machine, ensures Vending Technicians are in compliance with all necessary training and certifications. Schedules maintenance actions and prioritizing of work orders. Effective time management implementation to ensure tasks and assignments are effectively executed and to reduce overtime or compensate it by extra hours terminology.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations including but not limited to staff attendance, vehicles readiness, stuff collection from warehouse, route scheduling, route efficiency, procedures for opening and closing of machines in addition to any required maintenance.
• Maintain safe and secure environment.
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis. • Leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and provide quality customer service.
• To Ensure full development plan of the operation department is created and executed in a timely manner.
• Provide first line supervision to employees.
• Ensure that technician can handle any needed repair for any machine and replace spare parts effectively.
• To ensure that effective attendance recording is in place and communicated to Human resources Department maximum by 25th of the month.
• Effective time management implementation to ensure tasks and assignments are effectively executed and to reduce overtime or compensate it by extra hours terminology.
• Ensure that all staff and employees will be carrying their QID, Health card, license, and food handling certificate at all times (Can be in the van).
• Ensure that all staff and employees are using the company uniform and that its tidy.
• Ensure employees are in compliance with local regulations required to perform their duties.
• Ensure that all employees are aware that their transport vehicle is equipped with GPS.
Candidates needs to have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage business preferably in a Food Vending business in a management capacity.
