Package Equipment Engineer
Package Equipment Engineer required for 6 month contract in Surrey. My client have had a number of recent project awards and as a result are looking to expand their team at their office in Surrey.
• Candidates should have experience working for a consultant engineering company, equipment fabricator, machinery manufacturer, or end user company.
• Varied and extensive experience of mechanical equipment applications in the onshore and offshore oil and gas project environment to include concept, front end engineering design, detailed design, commissioning, and operations.
• A specialist and detailed knowledge of the major packaged equipment types, to include skid mounted process and utility equipment, pumps, and pressure vessels.
• Field experience in the manufacturing, performance testing, commissioning, and trouble shooting of oil and gas equipment is desired.
• Working knowledge of industry standards for mechanical equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the effective interaction with others.
• Highly competent in written and spoken communication and therefore be able to make effective presentations, and write technical reports.
