"TRS is looking for a Packages Engineer with of Supply Specification, Material Requisition (MR) and Inspection Data Sheet (IDS) for following Packages & Equipment experience within the Oil and Gas Industry to join our leading international client's Hawiyah Project team based in Saudi Arabia."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Preparation of Supply Specification, Material Requisition (MR) and Inspection Data Sheet (IDS) for following Packages & Equipments:
o Pet-Coke and Sulphur handling system
o Non API Pumps
o Flare Package
o Air Compressor Package
• Coordinating with inter departments and MOC for technical activities.
• Coordinating with Client for technical queries, clarifications and document approval.
• Preparation of documents as per Project and process requirements.
• Review of Bid, Preparation of Technical Queries, Meeting with vendors, Preparation of Technical bid analysis for the following Packages & Equipments:
o Flare Package
o Air Compressor Package
• Vendor Document Review for the following packages:
o Flare Package
o Air Compressor Package
• Review of Bid, Preparation of Technical Queries, Meeting with vendors, Preparation of Technical bid analysis for the following Equipment:
o Front End Loader (FEL)
o Forklift
• Preparation of Material Requisition (MR) for the following Equipment:
o Street cleaner
o Pickup Trucks
• Reviewing of vendor offers and filling technical bid evaluation (TBE) sheets for centrifugal pumps and steam turbines.
• Coordinating with FANO office and assisting for technical queries & preparation of technical bid evaluation (TBE).
• Assisting for preparation of supply specification, mechanical datasheets & material requisition for cranes and hoists.
• Performed vendor document review for centrifugal pumps (OH2 Pumps-API 610).

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Degree in Supply Chain / Diploma qualification in related field of Study.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years LNG Project experience within Oil & Gas Industry.
