Part Time Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Mooresboro, NC 28114
Industry: industrial manufacturing, metals
Status of Hire: temporary contract, part time, hourly – 20 hours per week
Pay: $20-21/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:
- Craft recruiting for an industrial manufacturer (operators, technicians, production teams)
- Communicating with prospective candidates, canvass calls, setting up interviews, partnering with plant hiring managers to assess production staffing needs and developing technical requirements, effectively communicating with multiple departments, utilizing job boards and postings to generate candidate interest
- Managing a candidate database, keeping organized documentation, scheduling on-boarding, orientations, safety training, and badging efforts
- Supporting the HR Manager with related tasks as needed

Experience/Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field preferred
- 2+ years in administrative Human Resources recruiting, staffing, and/or support functions
- Strong organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, candidate / applicant tracking databases, hiring and job boards
- Ability to maintain accurate data and tracking data in Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and databases

**Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical to be eligible for hire
**This is a part-time, 3 month contract opportunity and is not projected to turn into a direct hire at this time
