We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Engineer to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, engineering, and construction of piping systems for a major pharmaceutical construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review piping system designs, including P&IDs, isometrics, and general arrangements.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations, such as ASME, BPE, and local requirements.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., process, mechanical, instrumentation) to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and data sheets for piping materials, equipment, and components.
• Conduct piping stress analysis to evaluate system behavior under various operating conditions.
• Support the procurement and construction phases, including vendor selection, inspection, and quality control.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction personnel and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in piping engineering within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of piping design principles, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in piping design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PDMS, Plant3D).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
