Regulatory & Compliance Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions is proud to work with one of the regulatory bodies in BC and currently seeking for a Regulatory & Compliance Manager.

This is a perfect opportunity for a professional individual who is looking for a step up role or in the process of transitioning a career in a larger conglomerate. This is the bottom role in their organization's leadership team and so much career growth is in store for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management
- Post-graduate degree is an asset
- 9-12 years progressive experience working in regulatory and compliance related to admissions and credentials, program and people management, business process improvement, data analytics, KPI analysis, administrative and operations management
- Must have experience in admissions and/or credential evaluation process
- At least 3 years working in a lead or supervisory role with direct/indirect reports
- Someone who is working for similar regulatory or accreditation bodies, crown corporation, and educational institutions.
