Programme Manager:
• It is expected that the Programme Manager/Project Manager have a structural engineering background with a BSc, BEng or BTech qualification. In addition to the engineering qualification, the Programme Manager must have at least 10 (ten) years of project management experience in the structural field. The PM must have extensive knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This resource will be responsible for managing the entire SIMS programme and other projects within the Project Management and governance framework. The Programme Manager will be expected to carry a 2.6.1 legal appointment according to the latest MHSA.
