Our international network of offices and alliances enables us to source skilled staff for project sites anywhere in the world. And we supply staff at every stage of the project life cycle, from feasibility studies and detailed design through to construction and ongoing operations.
For one of our clients in the Brussel Area we are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in the Food Industry. The key of the job is to consult with the client to what extend innovations of the existing production line can be made while taking in consideration cost-efficiency and the upgrade of productivity.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor or Master in Engineering in Chemicals, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil or Electrical
• Relevant project engineering experience of at least 5 years.
• Experience in the Food Industry or Food & Beverages production is preferred
• Work experience and knowledge of Process Engineering in order to be able to oversee all aspects of the engineering processes.
• Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French (preferably)
• Knowledge of standard IT tools such as MS office, Excel etc.
• In possession of EU driver’s license and EU nationality
What will you do?
• Provide input into the project development process to ensure that practical, cost effective solutions are established at the outset
• Manage the front end engineering and early procurement activities
• Lead the execution stage of the project
• Coordinate with the site organization
What can you expect?
• Full-time contract of at least 40 hours per week on freelance basis or as an employee
• 1-2 year contract / project duration
• A chance to gain new experience and participate on technically challenging project
• Work together with high-class Engineers in multidisciplinary teams
