Job Description • Responsible for overall project performance as well as managing the scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Managing the project start-up contracts / agreements, due diligence, formulation, and negotiations in co-ordination with internal and external teams.
• Prepare in detail activity schedule for the project with timelines and discuss with manager for critical material & resource planning.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Ensures project costs, schedule and scope are managed, including the development of recovery plans, to stay within approved limits.
• Analysing processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency of the organization; rendering support to handle crisis situations, implementing safety norms & statutory regulations.
• Co-ordinating with cross-functional departments for smooth execution of projects.
• Formulates Project control procedures to identify deviations from the project plan, cost evaluation and control at each step of the project to ensure that budgetary and timelines restrictions are adhered to and in compliance with stated objectives.
• Arrange business meetings with all stakeholders on project progress.
• Prepare necessary reports and whenever required communicate to the management and prepare reports
• Identifying project criticalities and suggest measures for improvements.
• Handling day-to-day contracts during execution stages and finally claims and arbitration management towards achieving the targeted financial objectives.
• Highlighting and wherever possible, managing risks encountered during site works.
Candidate Profile
Qualification B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical)
Experience Minimum 10 years of work experience in Project Management / Monitoring
