Project Manager (PM):
It is expected that the Project Manager have a structural engineering background with a BSc, BEng or BTech qualification. In addition to the engineering qualification, the PM must have at least 8 (eight) years of project management experience in the structural field. The PM must have extensive knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This resource will be responsible for managing projects within the Exxaro Project Management framework. The Project Manager will be expected to carry a 2.6.1 legal appointment according to the latest MHSA.
