Project Manager

Are you looking for your next Project Delivery position? We are looking for a Project Manager to support our client on the Programme Delivery Partnership (PDP) in the South West of England.

This is a Fixed-Term-Contract position with great career development opportunities within an important Defence organisation, seconded through said Consultancy. The proposed salary range is £40-65,000 depending on the grade of the role within the overall framework.

To be considered you must have strong experience:
• Analysing, developing and supporting delivery of client-side projects to be time and cost effective.
• Planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting ongoing project performance.
• Supporting identification of risk, and mitigating actions towards project risk.
• Completing the application of appropriate project delivery strategies, thus ensuring successful business outcome for the project
• Being knowledgeable of P3M and implementing their practices
• Engaging Stakeholders
• Working autonomously and a recording Delivery
• Mentoring or Coaching more junior members of staff so that they can reach the required future level to support ongoing projects within the organisation (desirable)
• To stand the best chance, you should be:
• Degree Level Educated (or Equivalent)
• A certified PRINCE2 Practitioner
• A Certified APMP
• A member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM)

Previous experience working in Defence is preferred. You must be a sole UK National and either have or have the ability to go through security clearance.
