Project Manager - Pharmaceutical

We currently seek a number of Project Managers to work in Sweden on a new Pharmaceutical project which is due to commence in Jan 2019. Previous experience working on Pharma projects is required for this position.

Key responsibilities:

• Working includes taking various levels of responsibility for, and participation in the development of, project scope, budget, and schedule. The PM will be seen by as the Single Point of Contact and accountable for the Delivery for their Systems
• Day to day direction to General Contractor ( GC ) company
• General Contractor management, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, working close with SPOC, PE, & Work Group
• Lead the work group during construction phase, directing PE, SPOC, GC & A&E to fulfil the deliverables of the project
• Management of Vendor/Contractor to install & commission Mechanical Systems
• Technically competent on all aspects of Wet and Dry Mechanical Systems. This will include Clean Room HVAC & Air Systems, Large Bore Process and Scrubbed Exhaust Systems, Heating & Cooling Water Systems among others.
• Develop Concepts, Plans and Timelines with the A&E and General Contractor on how to Upgrade Live Plant & Distribution Systems with zero Interrupt to Production.
• Ensure General Contractor is doing detailed planning for the Installation Shutdowns and Tie-ins of these Systems in a Live Factory Environment to eliminate any impact to Production
• Input to CPA development
• Participating in Design reviews
• Monitoring & Tracking the General Contractor to ensure the GC delivers the Scope Schedule & Budget
• Technical & constructability input to Design Reviews, Schedule development, Cost challenges

Education & experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent.
• Previous Experience in Mechanical Systems Construction Management at a Project Management Level.
