Project Module Lead

We are looking for a Project Modularization Lead to be based in Rotterdam.

You will provide engineering and construction planning as it pertains to modularization and to support continuous improvement of fabrication and modularization processes. You will also be responsible for leading all aspects of both domestic and international module fabricators and will report through the Modularization Center of Excellence.

They are committed to growing their modularization expertise through a development program and onboarding of experience in fabrication and construction

As the Project Modularization Lead:
- Develop modular execution strategy into plant designs.
- Share a point of view and guidance for efficient modular solutions.
- Ensure that modularization is developed and executed on projects early and establish standard methodologies to avoid execution risk on schedule or budget.
- Coordinate and work with engineering teams during phases of basic design, detail design, fabrication, construction, and logistics planning during project execution.
- Keep abreast of new developments and trends in the field of modularization through the Community of Practices in Modularization and the Construction Industry Institute.
- Work in collaboration with the project execution teams to support the deployment of the modularization concepts.
- Develop the fabrication execution plan including supervising and managing fabrication suppliers and develop inspection and test plans.
- Establish world-class supplier qualification and inspection processes for new or existing module yards to ensure accountability of safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
- Supervise global module suppliers’ performance in support of continual global project execution.

You will have:
- B.S in engineering, construction management, or business management.
Extensive experience in module and construction execution in the fields of Oil, Gas, Chemicals or Energy industries is required.
- Has a broad knowledge of suppliers involved with the EPC, Petrochemical, and Industrial Gas Business
- Experience during organizational transformation and strategic improvement.
- Proven leadership, integrity, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in modularization methodologies, with a strong understanding of both EPC and owner approaches.
- Strong Project management skills.
- Proven influence, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Already eligible to live and work in The Netherlands.
