Job Title: Project Risk Officer
Location: Johannesburg
Contract/ Perm: Contract
Discipline: Limpopo

• To influence, support and advise the Project Team on the implementation of the Project Risk Management Plan (RMP), as it relates to the overall Project Execution Plan (PEP) in alignment with the OneWay Enterprise Integrity Framework.

• The minimum educational, qualifications and experience that are required to perform the job competently:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Risk / Business / Engineering Management or related field.

• PMI-RMP® / PMP® Certification.

Experience Required:
• Up to 5 years' experience in a risk management capacity within project management / EPCM environment
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Risk position
• Personal Qualities

• Creative problem solving.

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 31000, PMBOK® and industry standards
• Able to demonstrate application of ISO 31010 Risk Management Principles in a Projects environment
• Broad understanding of technical concepts in a Projects environment
• Ability to lead and train project teams.
• Risk Assessment Facilitation and structured report writing skills
• Experience interfacing with departmental staff, middle and upper management and customers.
• Exhibit leadership and commitment to meet the Company's vision of “Zero harm to people and assets, and zero environmental damage.”
• Demonstrable skill in dedicated Risk Management Software e.g. @Risk, Cura, PRA et al.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a group of people in a meeting or workshop environment
• Inferred capability to meet the OneWay expectations by applying the appropriate policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and fulfilling the role and responsibilities outlined in the OneWay guidelines.
• Understand and support the underlying expectations of OneWay.
