"TRS is urgently looking for experienced PTW Supervisor with Marine experience within the Oil and Gas Industry to join our leading international client's LNG Mozambique project team based at Afungi Site, Mozambique."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supervise PTW coordinators and other staff.
• Monitor the effective implementation of the PTW process.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the PTW training and role appointment processes.
• Develop and implement PTW compliance monitoring processes.
• Coach and mentor PTW staff to ensure consistent application of PTW processes.
• Audit and develop corrective actions of the PTW and LOTO processes.
• Manage the record keeping and archive of PTW documentation.
• Liaise with and assist Contractor/Company personnel in the PTW process.
• Monitor trends in PTW non-compliance and implement corrective actions.

TERTIARY QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Recognized and accredited tertiary qualification or equivalent work related experience within the Petrochemical Industry.
• Broad technical and HES skills with in-depth working knowledge of SIMOPS / commissioning and construction operations.
• 10+ year’s broad-based H&S / construction experience, with 5+ years in lead role in PTW operations.
• Technical competence in all matters relating to Safe Systems of Work and Permit to Work.
• Ability to assess and act on project resource needs.
• Major capital project experience with a large multi-disciplined workforce.
