Quality Specialist

Specific Responsibilities:

The Successful Individual will responsible for oversight of on-site contractors with regards to Quality and providing direction in a proactive manner to ensure project success.

Specific activities will include:

Verifying Construction contractors contractual requirements associated with a defined scope of works
Due to the nature of the project, The QA Specialist will be have previous experience and be proficient in multiple disciplines:
Piping Installation
Buried services
Steel erection/ Installation
Surface Treatment

Position required competencies and skills:

Be self-motivated and able to work Unsupervised
Previous experience on-site preferred
Able to read and interpret drawings
Knowledge of Industry Standard AS/NZS Standards
Proficient in report writing and electronic filing

Position required qualifications:

Trade certification relevant to either Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Piping
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and or Supervision
Auditing Experience Preferred
CSWIP preferred
Current and Valid Driver’s Licence
