This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for RICS training and to become Chartered

You will have knowledge of the following:
Calculate Cost of Work Done (COWD) as well as any agreed variations, along with estimated cost to complete.
Assist with the procurement and contract administration of suppliers and sub contracts.
Quantify changes (variations) and submit Change Request Forms.
Maintain subcontract procurement schedules
Ensure necessary main contract notices are issued on time
Input into financial reports including budgets / forecast for project management
Management of variations throughout the project life
Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and Contract Budget reports
Supervising and training of other commercial staff
Provide commercial advice to other team members

You must have experience of:
Working as a Quantity Surveyor working on large projects
NEC contract
Working on Infrastructure projects.
