Our client is one of the leading consultancy providers to the Aviation & Rail sector and as a result of new awards, seek Quantity Surveyors x3 to be based both in their central London Head office and onsite at clients office across London.

These role are paying salaries of £40-65,000 depending on experience.

You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:
Applying Value Management technique
Managing estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan
Managing the procurement process
Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively
Ensuring that cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively
Ensuring the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
Value engineering and life cycle costing
Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed
Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
Determining and evaluating compensation events

You must have strong experience of:
Preferably RICS qualified with experience in the following:
NEC3 Contract
Airport/Rail/Highways experience.

If not RICS qualified, our client will sponsor full Chartership
