Job Details
An opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired EPC organization based in their India office in the Mumbai. They are dealing in EPC oil and gas , refinery , fertilizer and petrochemical projects.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 8+ years EPC oil and gas Business Development and Sales experience.
Brief Description
Manager Business Development and Sales determine and develop the most suitable and economically Organize, plan, manage and implement sales and marketing activities for EPC oil and gas , refinery , fertilizer and petrochemical projects.
The major responsibilities are:
• Organize, plan, manage and implement sales and marketing activities for TPS.
• Fulfill customer’s requirements through adequate bidding and contract review and proper negotiation.
• Ensure the proper resource allocation.
• Your mission is to increase customer’s sense of satisfaction and country annual sales contracts and further to support the business development of Organisation-Large Industry to identify, develop, and secure projects.
• Establish Sales plan and strategy according to the marketing, sales strategy and market conditions in the Zone.
• Focus on the marking and trends of industry; collect marketing information and research work.
• Build market database and keep interactive communication
• Monitor competitors and adapt strategy along with competitor’s activities
• Exchange and coordinate market and competitor information with Marketing Department
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• Should be engineering graduate
• MBA is preferred
• Over 8+ years relevant experience in EPC or EPCM Companies for Technologies related to Oil & Gad , Refinery , Fertilizer , Petrochemical and Hydrocarbon.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Candidate must be available for joining on September Month.
