TRS is looking for a Risk & Business Resiliency Department Manager for a client in Saudi Arabia.

The role:
The role is to communicate risk policies and processes for the organization. he/she provides hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively, and provide research and analytical support. RM Analyst must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.
• Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
• Establishing, reviewing and recommending changes to the level of risk the company are willing to take.
• Designing and implementing Crisis Management & Business Continuity processes and plans for the organization.
• Identifying and managing the resources needed for ERM, Crisis Management and Business Continuity.
• Reviewing and regularly updating risk registers, Crisis Management framework and Business Continuity plans for internal stakeholders.
• Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience:
o Updating ExCom about the most significant risks to the business;
o ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments;
o ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks)
• Act as liaison with all departments for creating treatment plans to limit risks
• Act as secretary as well as Management and facilitation of the company’s Risk and Compliance Committee (RCC) and associated resources.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Risk Management, Management or Business Studies, Finance or Economics, Science, Statistics, Engineering, Law or any related major
12-15 relevant experience
ISO 31000 certification
Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.
Analytical skills and an eye for detail
Commercial awareness
Numerical skills
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to understand broader business issues
Communication and presentation skills
