They provide innovative Engineering and Construction solutions, manufacturing and gas distribution equipment and related services, and packaged solutions to support the industrial and healthcare markets.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in project risk management.

Brief Description
Risk Manager determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable engineering and construction methods for projects.

The major responsibilities are:
• Promotes the risk identification and analysis reviews with Sales/Proposals and Execution teams
and support the creation of mitigation plans allowing competitiveness solutions for E&C using.
• Implements Project Risk Management policy, processes, procedures, and systems at project level
to ensure that quality and consistency of risk management is reached.
• Performs Quantitative Risk Analysis for identified projects and ensure proper interface with
• Estimation, Cost Control and Schedule teams (proposal and execution phase).
• Follows-up the risks evolution during proposal and project execution.
• Provides training and development in Risk Management practices at project level, specifically in
developing project risk profile.
• Ensures compliance with the rules and regulations of the company Engineering Risk Committee
(“ERC”).
• Supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process within the center.
• Good knowledge of the EPC business
• Experience in proposal and project execution
• Familiar with project control matters
• Familiar with contract form and contract management
• Basic technical understanding
• Experience in Risk Management (aware of its benefits)- Identification & quantification techniques
• Basic knowledge of Industrial Risk Management

Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• BE / B Tech– Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 10 Years of relevant experience in Engineering (EPC) pertaining to Cryogenic/ ASU / Hydrocarbon / Petro-Chemical / Oil & Gas sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
