Senior Estimator

Role: Permanent
Salary: £45-70,000+ Depending on Experience
Location: Midlands

You will be required to lead on delivering and developing the estimating workbank for their Rail and Infrastructure sector,.you will be working on mega £bn+ projects!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the next step up! We are recruiting for Estimator through to Associate Director level.

Key responsibilities will include:
Estimating from First Principles
Putting together cost plans and estimates
Providing technical input to ensure estimates are both accurate and timely
Liaising with commercial team members and key stakeholders and ensure that you continue to add value/adjust internal system
Bid Management
Preparing submissions
Build rapport and relationships with key clients

To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience of Estimating and/or cost planning.
Skilled in apprising management and client for the quality and risks of conceptual and detailed estimates
Excellent skill in oral and written communication with demonstrated skill to make effective presentations to management and client.
