Job Title: Senior HR Generalist
Location: Greer, SC

First point of contact for employees and managers:
o Employee/Manager coaching
o Employee advocacy, engagement and recognition
o Conflict Resolution
o Responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and human resources policies.
Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures.
Collects and analyzes HR data related to staffing, employee relations, training, and recruitment to determine improvements to be made and report to management.
Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area.
Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork.
Processes HR department applications, including employment and enrollment applications; maintains attendance and employment records, and compiles statistics for various HR management reports.
Maintains HR compliance and leads workplace investigations
Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
At least 5 years of related HR experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Automotive manufacturing experience
Comfortable being on the production floor, interacting with production associates
Able to simultaneously manage day-to-day employee relations and larger HR Projects

**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
