Job Title: Senior HR Generalist
Location: Greer, SC
Industry: automotive plastic injection molded parts
Status of hire: full-time, direct hire, salaried
Compensation: $85-95k
Responsibilities
• First point of contact for employees and managers:
o Employee/Manager coaching
o Employee advocacy, engagement and recognition
o Conflict Resolution
o Responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and human resources policies.
• Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures.
• Collects and analyzes HR data related to staffing, employee relations, training, and recruitment to determine improvements to be made and report to management.
• Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
• Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area.
• Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork.
• Processes HR department applications, including employment and enrollment applications; maintains attendance and employment records, and compiles statistics for various HR management reports.
• Maintains HR compliance and leads workplace investigations
• Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Required Qualifications
• At least 5 years of related HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Comfortable being on the production floor, interacting with production associates
• Able to simultaneously manage day-to-day employee relations and larger HR Projects

**Must be authorized to work in the US regardless of visa transfer or sponsorship
**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
