Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location - Cork
Salary - €70/€85,000

The position
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to manage a Pharmaceutical project in Cork. The QS will need previous project experience in either commercial, industrial, retail, life science sector and civil engineering.
Must Have
- Hold Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (Level 7) or similar
- Have at least 10 years experience working for main contractors in the Irish construction Industry
- Have experience of primary responsibility for the administration of contract forms prevalent in the sector
- Have ability to prepare and estimate pricing document in support of company tender submissions
- Display track record in procurement and management of sub-contract & material supply packages
- Have ability to manage applications for payment to clients and support commercial management of all live contracts
